Subscription Update Obituary

Lori L. Desilets Borglund, 50, died Tuesday, December 12 in UMASS Medical Center.

She leaves her mother, Elizabeth (Taylor) Desilets with whom she lived; a brother, Todd Desilets and his wife, Maureen; two aunts, Jean Taylor and Teresa Taylor and her nieces, Naomi and Deirdre Desilets. She was born in Worcester, daughter of the late, David Desilets and graduated from, Algonquin High School, Westfield State College and attained her paralegal degree from Assumption College.

Lori worked for the past 15 years at Middlesex Savings Bank in their corporate office in Westborough. She was a member and served on the altar guild of the Church of the Nativity and volunteered in the church’s community meal program and outreach programs. Lori was a compassionate and generous person who will be greatly missed by family and friends.

A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, December 16 at 11:00am in the Church of the Nativity, 45 Howard Street, Northborough. Burial will be private. There are no visiting hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the church. Arrangements in the care of CALLAHAN~FAY~CASWELL Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle Street, Worcester.
