Subscription Update Obituary

     Jodi (Josephine) Donohue-Aja entered into rest on November 26, 2016 to join her beloved husband, Patrick G. Aja and her loving brother Timmy. She leaves her daughter Jennifer Sanders and husband Corky Sanders, grandchildren Alexis, Jayden, and Isabella; daughter Jessica Decristi and husband Charles, grandchildren, Evelyn, Dominick and Halle; her sister Donna Cohen and husband Steve; sister Paula Hallberg and husband Reinhard; brother-in-law Michael Aja, Marlene; her nephews and nieces Bryan and Noela Aja, Adam and Dara Aja, Jesse and Stacy Cohen, Lisa and Jamie Billings, Karen Radermacher, Axel Radermacher, and Astrid Sheerer; good friend Carol Ringer and many other loving cousins, family and friends.
Jodi was born on November 19, 1953, in Worcester, MA to parents of Timothy and Virginia Donohue. Jodi earned her B.S. from Fitchburg State and M.A. from Anna Maria College. For numerous years, she was the Director of Housing at Becker College and Director of Student Services. She later worked for Hanover Insurance and Walmart. Jodi enjoyed spending most of her time with family and friends. Every Christmas she would hand out her famous homemade jams, pickles, and chocolates. Her grandchildren will miss making crafts, putting together puzzles and playing games with her. Jodi was always up for new adventures, and loved traveling. She was best known for always lending a helping hand, and was a true friend to all she knew. She will be forever missed.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, December 3 at 10 A.M. in the MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 1131 Main St. Leicester. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. A calling hour will precede the service from 9-10 A.M.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Worcester Animal Rescue League, 139 Holden St., Worcester, MA 01606
