John O. Pellerin, 85, of 720 Grafton St., died Saturday, July 14, in the Rose Monahan Hospice Residence, 10 Judith Rd.

He leaves his wife of 58 years, Alice T. (King) Pellerin; a son, John E. Pellerin and his wife Donna of Arlington; two grandsons, Benjamin and Matthew and nephews and nieces. He was born in Ste. Celestin, P.Q. Canada, a son of Alexander and Adwilda (Richards) Pellerin and had lived in Worcester for most of his life.

Mr. Pellerin was a process inspector for Wyman Gordon Co. in North Grafton and worked there for 28 years before retiring. Previously he was an interior and exterior painter for Labbee Painting Contractors and Bruinsma Painting.

He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and was a Master Sgt. in the Army infantry. He was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Church and a former member of St. Joseph Church.

The funeral will be held on Wednesday, July 18 from DIRSA-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton St., with a graveside service at 11:00 a.m. in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.
