Subscription Update Obituary

     William Lee Hogan, 81, died August 16, 2012 surrounded by his family. He leaves his wife of 59 years, Nancy E. (Simmons) Hogan; 2 sons, William Hogan, Jr. of Barre, and Bruce E. Hogan in Missouri; 5 daughters, Betty-Jo Hogan, Donna Knight, Rebecca Sullivan and Shirley Berkiel all of Worcester, and Nancy D. Mayou of Cape Cod; a brother, Richard Hogan; 5 sisters, Shirley Morrison, Louis Patnod, Margaret Bartzak, Joyce Hogan, and Edith Comeau; 19 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.

Born in Georgia, son of William H. and Mattie L. (Pope) Hogan, he worked for many years at George Meyer Co. and several years at Worcester Airport. He served with the Army in the Korean War.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, August 20 in Caswell-King Funeral Home, 474 Grove St. Burial will be in Worcester Co. Memorial Park. Calling hours will be from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, August 19 in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Nazarene Camp Fund, 146 Burncoat St., Worcester 01606.
