Subscription Update Obituary

   William H. Kingsbury, 73, of Worcester, died Sunday, Nov. 30th in UMass-Memorial Medical Center.

   He leaves his wife of 20 years, Laraine P. Lovely-Kingsbury and their daughters, Amanda and LeighAnn Kingsbury, all of Worcester; his former wife, Margaret (O’Rourke) Kingsbury and their children; William H. Kingsbury, Jr. and his wife Deborah, Elizabeth A. Kingsbury and Jennifer Clark and her husband James, all of Medway; nine brothers, Robert, Edward, John and James Kingsbury of Quincy, Donald Kingsbury of Revere, Joseph Kingsbury of Wollaston, Paul Kingsbury of New Jersey, Thomas Kingsbury of Dorchester and Daniel Kingsbury of FL; four sisters, Carole Kingsbury and Linda Conti, both of Northborough, Elizabeth Vogelsang of Plymouth and Jane Logan of Quincy; six grandchildren; nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by a brother, Richard Kingsbury.

   He was born in Waltham, the son of Paul V. and Dorothy (Langill) Kingsbury. Mr. Kingsbury was a Registered Nurse at Y’ouville Hospital, Cambridge, The Greenery in Brighton, and The Hermitage in Worcester, before retiring in 1997. He was a U.S. Army veteran with the 1st Armored Division. William was an avid historian and enjoyed reading.

   The funeral is Thursday, December 4th from O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue, with a Mass at 10:00 A.M. in St. Charles Borromeo Church, 341 June Street. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours are Wednesday, December 3rd from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M. in the funeral home.
