I was truly sorry to hear of Bill\'s passing. I have fond memories of working together at the Coast Guard R&D Center, Keeping Margret (Ford Falcon) street legal and the yellow Jag running. We shared in interest tropical fish, gardening and woodworking. We spent many hours restoring the historic house in Mystic.
