Subscription Update Obituary

     Wendy “Breezy” J. (Simpson) Kerswell, 51, passed away peaceful in her home on Monday, Sept 1st surrounded by her loving family and friends.

Wendy leaves her husband of 33 years Ronald J. Kerswell; two children, Ronald J. Kerswell, Jr. and Jennifer M. Kerswell and her husband, Daniel Paille all of Millbury; two grandchildren, Kaylee and Ryan Kerswell; her parents, George “Curley” and Judith (Fors) Chevalier of Millbury; one sister, Cheryl Mendez and her partner, Laura Frotten; two brothers, Kevin Simpson and his wife, Rachel and Michael Chevalier all of Millbury.

Wendy “Breezy” graduated from Millbury High School, class of 1980. She was a phenomenal sports star. She was very successful in her life. Wendy worked at Digital Corporation for many years and then Kopin as a production supervisor for many years until she took early retirement due to illness.

Wendy has touched many hearts. She was a loving, supportive and caring person to everyone. Wendy will be sadly missed by her family and friends. We will miss her beautiful smile and infectious laugh.

Wendy’s funeral will be held on Saturday, Sept. 6th from Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St. in Millbury with a Funeral Mass at 10am in St. Brigid Church, 59 Main St. in Millbury. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton. Calling hours are 5 to 8pm on Friday, Sept. 5th in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to VNA Care Network and Hospice, Development Office, 199 Rosewood Drive, Suite 180, Danvers, MA 01923.
