Virginia E. Dow, 91, of Westborough, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at the Beaumont Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Born in Worcester, she was the daughter of the late Alson M. and Ethel M. (Booth) Dow. She was a graduate of Classical High School in Worcester and Westbrook Junior College in Portland, Maine.
Virginia was employed as a clerk at Guaranty Bank in Worcester for many years prior to her retirement.
She was a former member of the West Dennis Community Church and has been a resident of Westborough for many years previously living in West Dennis and Worcester.
Virginia is survived by one brother, Richard H. Dow and his wife, Mary Jane, of Powder Spring, GA; one sister, Marjorie A. Bolen of Shrewsbury and many nieces, nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews.
Her funeral service will be held on Monday, November 16, at 10:00 A.M. in the Britton-Summers Funeral Home, 4 Church St., Westborough. Burial in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton, will be private.
