Subscription Update Obituary

Timothy “Tim” J. Magaw, 43, of Tracy Court, died unexpectedly, Monday, October 16, 2006 in Hubbard Hospital.

Tim leaves his beloved wife of 15 years, Susan (Dupuis) Magaw; three sons: Christian P. Auguair of Rhode Island, Nicholas and Kyle Magaw, both of Webster; a daughter, Patricia Magaw of Webster; his parents, Gerald and Nancy (Clark) Magaw of Worcester; a sister, Sandra Magaw of North Oxford; a half brother, Steven Spaulding of Maine; two half sisters: Geraldine Beso of Worcester and Leona Goad of Arkansas. A half brother, Paul Magaw, predeceased him. Tim graduated from Boys Trade School and lived in Worcester most of his life before moving to Webster three years ago. Mr. Magaw was a retired correctional officer for the Worcester County Sheriff Department.

Tim touched many lives and many hearts. When it came to helping others, there were never any barriers – young, old, rich or poor, to know Tim was to be blessed by his kindness. Tim truly believed that everyone was special and he would go way out of his way to help anyone.

To Tim, family was everything. He was always doing things with his kids and always looking for opportunity to spend time with his entire family.

Tim’s funeral will be at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, October 21,2006 in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St., Worcester. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park. Calling hours are from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, October 20th in the funeral home.
