Subscription Update Obituary

Sheila M. Sicard, 64, 0f Worcester, died Thursday October 7, 2021 in UMASS Memorial Medical Center, 119 Belmont St.

She leaves her husband Glen Remillard, two daughters, Sonia Nolan and her husband, Cristian of Wales and Amanda Thompson of Danielson, Ct., 11 grandchildren, Natasha, Anthony, Breanna, Orlando, Tattianna, Samuel, Jonah, Adalyse, Jakob, John and Clara, two great-grandchildren, Ava and Arcelie, two sisters, Nancy Pride and her husband John of West Deerfield and Cynthia Sicard – Melanson and her husband, Herbert of Leicester, a brother, Franklin Sicard of Worcester and several nieces and nephews and her dog, Hunter. Sheila was predeceased by a daughter, Ronda Healy in 2007 and by a great-grandson, Aiden. Sheila was born in Leominster a daughter of Conrad A. and Marjorie (Jermain) Sicard and has lived in Worcester all of her life. She was a graduate of the former Salter School.

Ms. Sicard was a Certified Nurse Assistant for the former Providence House Nursing Home. Sheila loved spending time with family for the fun family activities. Her second love was bingo. She also enjoyed being at the beach.

The funeral will be held on Wednesday October 13, 2021 with a service at 11:00 A.M. in DIRSA – MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton St. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours in the funeral home are Tuesday October 12, 2021 from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M.
