Subscription Update Obituary

Scott “Simo” Simulynas, 53, of King Road passed away Friday, November 4, 2016 in his home surrounded by his family after an illness.

He leaves his wife of 28 years, Kelly A. (Connors) Simulynas, a son Scott Simulynas, Jr. of North Brookfield serving in the United States Army, a daughter Nicole T. Simulynas of North Brookfield, a sister Kelly Dunlavey of Boylston and several nieces and nephews.

Scott was born in Framingham , son of the late Anthony and Veronica (Juhasz) Simulynas. He graduated from Auburn High School in 1982. He was a truck driver for Arcade Snacks. He enjoyed traveling, ice fishing, Nascar, Bruins hockey and spending time with his family and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Scott’s family on Monday, Nov. 7, 2016 from 10:00-11:30 AM in the BRITTON-WALLACE FUNERAL HOME, 91 Central Street, Auburn. A prayer service will follow at 11:30 AM in the funeral home. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in memory of Scott Simulynas to support papillary cell kidney cancer research and patient care at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, P.O. Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284.
