Subscription Update Obituary

     Sandra (Belhumeur) Tretheway, 73, of Worcester died Sunday, September 30th in St. Vincent Hospital. Her husband of 30 years, Richard H. Tretheway died in 1988. She leaves her longtime companion of 25 years, John Mauro of Worcester; three sons, Jim Tretheway, Bob Tretheway and John Tretheway; a daughter, Donna Tretheway-Corbett all of Worcester; a sister, Lee Eckard of Dayville, CT; eight grandchildren, Jennifer Hartwig, Rickey Corbett, John Tretheway, Jr., Jackie Golas, Kara Corbett, Michaella Tretheway, Courtney Tretheway and Jeremy Tretheway; seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, George Tretheway; two brothers, John and James Belhumeur and three sisters, Joan Germain, Helen Chevalier and Doris Reandaeu.
She was born in Worcester the daughter of the late Alan and Helen (Hamel) Belhumeur. Sandra worked for the Providence House as a Certified Nursing Assistant for many years.
Her funeral is Wednesday, October 3rd with a service at 10:30 AM in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, 217 Richards Ave., Paxton. Calling hours are Tuesday, October 2nd from 6:00 until 8:00 PM in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701.
