Subscription Update Obituary

     Samuel A Perrone, 46; Worked as a Welder Samuel A. Perrone of 8 Natural History road, Worcester, Massachusetts died Monday, February 28, 1977, in Veterans Administration Hospital Jamaica Plain, after a long illness. He served as a corporal in the Korean war. After a B29 crash at Fairfield Suisun Air Force base in California in 1950, received a citation for assisting in the removal of injured from the scene. The crash cost 27 lives. Mr. Perrone was then attached to the 9th medical group at the base. Samuel was born and raised in Worcester, a son of Antonio Perrone and Bomina (Ginese) Perrone. Besides his parents, he leaves his wife Constance (Bianchi) Perrone a daughter Kathleen Perrone a son Michael Perrone and two cherished grandsons Richard and Michael Boudreau. He also leaves two brothers Vincent Perrone and his wife Ann, Joseph Perrone and his wife (Delores)June: 3 sisters Louise wife of Nicholas Marchese, Loretta wife of Anthony Ferro, Stellina wife of Phillip Cicero and many nieces and nephews who he loved dearly. Mr. Perrone was a graduate of the high school of Commerce. He enlisted in the Army in 1948. He was a welder for 19 years for Lodding Engineering Corp. in Auburn, Ma. He was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish and a fourth-degree Knight of Columbus with Pope John XX111 Council, Bishop O’Reilly Assembly. Funeral will be held at Michael Feraco & son’s funeral home. A funeral mass will be held at Our Lady Of Mount Carmel Church and burial will be at Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton. Members of the Pope John Council will meet at the funeral home tonight to conduct their ritual.
