Subscription Update Obituary

     Ronald G. Mayo, 70, of Sunset Lane, died Saturday, June 4, 2016 at Webster Manor in Webster.

He was the husband of Nancy J. (Rock) Mayo who died in 2011. He leaves his son Paul J. Mayo and his wife Michelle of Warren, his daughter Patricia A. Mayo and her companion Joseph Hebert of Oxford, a grandson Adam N. Mayo of Warren. He is predeceased by brothers Joseph Mayo, Jr. and Robert Mayo, and a sister Ann Seeley.

Ron worked at Flexcon in Spencer for many years, retiring in 2009. He was born in Worcester, the son of Joseph and Yvonne (Mayberry) Mayo and later served his country with the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War.

He enjoyed playing softball, cards, trips to the casino and was an avid Red Sox Fan.

The family would like to thank the caring staff at Webster Manor, especially his CNA, Joe who took special care of him.

At his request, funeral services are private with burial in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton with Military Honors. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Spencer Rescue Squad, Inc., P.O. Box 147, Spencer, Ma. 01562.
