Subscription Update Obituary

     Robert H. Faford, 72, of Gediminas Street, died Tuesday, May 26 in Worcester Health Care Center after an illness.

He leaves a son Richard Allen and his wife Tina of Cape Coral, FL, two daughters; Dianna Allen of Webster and Debra Mott and her husband Ronnie of Rochdale, seven grandchildren; Shawn & Sarah Mott, Danielle Beauragard, Connor Kelly, Richard & Alicia Allen and Tasha Bousquet, two great-granddaughters; Abigail & Sophie, a brother-in-law Richard Quaranta of Northbridge, a sister-in-law Joyce Faford of Bonita Springs, FL, his former wife Katherine Faford of Auburn, a son-in-law Phil Chauvin of Webster and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his twin brother Richard Faford and a sister Suzanne Quaranta.

Mr. Faford was born in Worcester, son of Arthur and Lillian (Lovely) Faford. He was a machinist for 39 years at Norton Co./Saint-Gobain, retiring in 2005. He served his country in the United States Army. He enjoyed NASCAR, scratch tickets, Keno, trips to area casinos, all New England Sports teams and spending time with his family. The family would like to thank the staff at Worcester Health Care Center and Notre Dame Hospice for their compassionate care.

The funeral will be held Wednesday, June 3 from Morin Funeral Home, 1131 Main Street, Leicester with a Mass at 10:00 AM in St. Aloysius-St. Jude Church, 491 Pleasant Street, Leicester. Burial with Military Honors will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours are Tuesday, June 2 from 5:00-7:00 pm in the funeral home.
