Subscription Update Obituary

     Paul V. Falcone, 54, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 13, 2015. He was born in Worcester, the son of Dr. Ralph A. Falcone, Sr. and had lived most of his life in Paxton before moving to Worcester.

Paul was a member of the Genesis Club, Inc. in Worcester, a program designed to assist individuals with mental illness attain employment, housing, wellness, and friendships. He was a member of St. Columba Church in Paxton, enjoyed playing tennis, lifting weights and feeding the animals at Green Hill Park in Worcester.

He leaves his mother, Alice C. (Conway) Falcone; his sister, Pamela J. Glavin of Aquinnah, Martha’s Vineyard; two brothers, Ralph “Tony” A. Falcone, Jr. of South Yarmouth and John C. Falcone of Needham; a sister-in-law, Jill Falcone of Wellesley; two nieces, Gimili G. Glavin and her partner, George Berz and Grace L. Falcone; and a great grandnephew, Elliott B. Berz. He is predeceased by a brother-in-law, Carl Widdiss.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours from 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 16, in the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main St., Holden. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Sat. Jan. 17, at St. Columba Church, 10 Richards Ave., Paxton. Interment will follow at Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Genesis Club, Inc., 274 Lincoln St., Worcester, MA 01605.
