Subscription Update Obituary

     Paul J. Obartuck, 66, passed away on Friday Sept. 9th at his home in Ware. He leaves his brother Clifford M. Obertuck in Washington, his twin sister Nancy Willard of North Brookfield, as well as two nieces Kimberly Shepherd of Colorado and Gwen Obertuck of Washington. He was born in Ware son of the late Chester J. and Lorrayne (St. Onge) Obartuck. He lived in both New Braintree and in Ware until his passing. He was a graduate of North Brookfiled High School and attended UMass-Amherst for 2 years. Paul was a US Coast Guard Veteran. He worked as a machine operator for Persky’s of West Warren. He was a communicant of All Saints Church in Ware. Paul’s services and burial will be private. There are no calling hours. His family would like to extend a special thank you, to the staff at the VA Hospital in Northampton, for the care they accorded Paul. In lieu of flowers the family asks for Masses to be offered in his name at All Saints Church in Ware and St. Joseph’s Church of North Brookfield.
