Patricia Ann (Chartier) Perkins, age 76, of Hernando, FL, formerly of Holden, MA, passed away peacefully under the loving care of her family and Hospice of Citrus and the Nature Coast. Pat was born on May 3, 1940 in Worcester, MA to Henry and Alice (Bernard) Chartier.

Survivors include her loving family, her husband of 51 years, Raymond; son, Stephen and his wife Virginia of Chicago, IL; daughter, Kathleen of Lecanto, FL; grandson, Ryan of Lecanto, FL, also left to cherish her memory are her brother, Robert Chartier and his wife Delores; nephews, Michael and Scott and a niece Dana all from West Long Beach, NJ.

Graveside committal service will take place 11 A.M. on Monday, July 18, 2016 at the Worcester County Memorial Park Cemetery in Paxton, MA.
