Subscription Update Obituary
WORCESTER-Patricia A. (Hedvig) Anderson, 87, passed away Friday, March 15 in Care One Millbury.

Her husband of 32 years, Philip H. Anderson passed away in 1989. She leaves a son, John Anderson and his wife, Linda of Brookfield; two grandsons, Robert Palacios and Anthony Palacios and his wife Colleen of Brookfield; two great-grandchildren, Clover, and Winter; a brother, Russell Hedvig of Quincy; nieces and nephews and many friends. Four siblings, Dennis, Thomas, Dorothy, and William predeceased her. She was born in Braintree, daughter of Henry and Anna (Mellen) Hedvig.

Pat worked for many years at the Fair in Worcester. She enjoyed candlepin bowling and playing cards with her friends at the Senior Center.  The family would like to thank all the caregivers at Care One in Millbury, especially Laurie for the compassionate and loving care they gave to Pat.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 19 from 5:00-7:00 PM in Callahan, Fay & Caswell Life Celebration Home, 61 Myrtle St., Worcester.  The funeral will be held on Wednesday, March 20 at 11:00 AM in Sacred Heart-St. Catherine of Sweden Church, 596 Cambridge Street, Worcester.  Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.
