Subscription Update Obituary

Norma Lorraine Logan, 86, of Worcester passed away peacefully April 1, 2024. She was born October 21, 1937, in Worcester to Leroy Logan, Sr. and Edna (Kennedy) Logan.

Norma was a graduate of Commerce High School.  Norma loved to joke around with everyone, loved her dogs, loved family, loved to eat, and go to new restaurants and she loved working with the elderly. Worked many years at Belmont Home in Worcester and Christopher House as a CNA. She volunteered with the Senior Companions after retiring. Most of all, Norma was proud of her daughter, Carmen, and loved her very much.

Norma is survived by her beloved daughter, Carmen (Logan) Hicks of Worcester; her loving grandchildren; Christopher Hicks and his wife Paola of Worcester, and James Hicks, III of Worcester; her adored great grandchild; Cecilia Hicks; her cherished siblings, Leroy Jr., Ronald, and Alfred “Bobby” Logan all of Worcester; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held on Friday, April 12, 2024, at 11:30am at MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. Family and Friends are invited to attend calling hours prior to the service from 9:30am to 11:30am.
