Subscription Update Obituary

     Nancy M. Marr, 75, or Worcester, died Monday, September 16, 2019 at St. Vincent’s Hospital after complications from surgery.

She leaves her husband of 38 years, George G. Marr, Jr., a son, John Feddo of Auburn, a daughter, Cheryl Feddo of Worcester, a brother, John Gregoire and his wife Josephine of Connecticut, four grandchildren, Kristina, Briana, Veronica, and Cassandra, four great-granddaughters, Annalycia, Genesis, Emeli, and Valentina, many nieces and nephews. She also leaves her dog Dillon. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Francis P. and Harriet (Rauha) Wagher, and graduated from Commerce High School in Worcester.

Nancy was the facilities manager at Goddard House in Worcester for 25 years, retiring in 2008. She loved her babies and granddaughters. She loved to dance. She loved Mandala coloring books and enjoyed painting. She was a beloved woman and will be greatly missed.

The funeral will be held Monday, September 23, 2019 from Rice Funeral Home, 300 Park Ave, Worcester, with a Mass at 10:00 am at Our Lady of the Angels Church, 1222 Main St, Worcester. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours are Sunday, September 22 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 20 Speen St, Framingham, MA 01701.
