Subscription Update Obituary

     Nancy E. Lloyd, 67, of Worcester, died Monday, December 28, 2020 in Des Moines, Iowa, surrounded by members of her family.

Nancy was born in Worcester, daughter of Harold L. and Margaret (Gain) Lloyd.

Her husband Leon J. Plourde passed away January 30, 2019.

Nancy leaves two daughters, Christine Plourde Davis and her husband Shawn of East Brookfield, and Kimberly Plourde of Urbandale, Iowa; six grandchildren, Liana B. Williams, Sean D. Nguyen, John J. Williams, Katelyn R. Nguyen, Megan E. Nguyen, and Owen Robert Loomis; two sisters, Maryellen and Debbie Lloyd; and six brothers, Daniel, Charles, James, John, Robert and Michael Lloyd. She was predeceased by her sisters Janice Lloyd and Marsha Reil, and her brother Richard Lloyd.

Nancy enjoyed participating in senior center activities, especially completing jigsaw puzzles.

Most important to her was the time she spent with her family.

Funeral services and burial in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton, will be private. There are no calling hours.

The Athy Memorial Home, 111 Lancaster St., Worcester, is directing arrangements.
