Subscription Update Obituary

     Margaret M. (Savage) Adomaitis, 80, passed away peacefully at home on August 29,2014 surrounded by her family.

She leaves her husband of 58 years, Malcolm J. Adomaitis; three children, Michelle Gregoire of North Brookfield, Allison Gaudreau & her partner Stephen Fitzgerald of Springfield and Martin Adomaitis of North Brookfield; 2 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; two sisters, Dorothy Sandman of Oakham and Mary Kay Taylor of Branford, CT; two brothers, Alfred Savage Jr. of Pittsburgh, PA and Matthew Savage of East Falmouth.

Peggy was born in Worcester, MA the daughter of the late Alfred Sr. & Dorothy (Blake) Savage and has lived in North Brookfield all of her life. She was a waitress at Salem Cross Inn for many years while raising her children and later worked as an office manager for Norton Company and Cerbec High Performance Ceramics, retiring in 1997.

Friends and family are invited to attend calling hours on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 from 9-10:30 in Pillsbury Funeral Home, 44 Gilbert St. N.Brookfield. The funeral Mass will be held at 11:00AM in St. Josephs Church, 296 Main St. North Brookfield. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the VNA Care Network and Hospice, 120 Thomas Street, Worcester, MA 01608 or the North Brookfield Rescue Squad PO Box 73 N.Brookfield, MA 01535.
