Lynn A. (McCrohon) LaRue, 54 passed away at home on July 12th surrounded by her loving family after a dignified and courageous battle with brain cancer. She was born in Worcester, MA daughter of Barry R. McCrohon of Worcester and the late Carolyn (Giroux) McCrohon who died in November, 2016.

Lynn graduated from South High and The Salter School. She had a wonderful career at Hanover Insurance where she worked for 26 years. She had many roles and was most recently an Operations Technology Manager. She had longtime friendships with many of her co-workers.

Lynn was the wife of Robert J. LaRue of North Oxford. In addition to her husband, she leaves her sons Michael Phelan and his wife Rachel and Daniel Phelan and his wife Kaitlyn of Oxford; her step-son Robert LaRue II of North Oxford; her sisters Robin Belanger and her fiancé Robert Hinderliter of Frederick, MD and Kimberly Williams with Roland Fitts Jr. of Webster, and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and her great nephew.

She was pre-deceased by her brother Michael McCrohon in 1982.

Lynn loved the beach and her many summers at her camper in Maine hanging out with friends and family. She will be missed by her many close and dear friends. Our family is grateful for all of the support you provided Lynn during this time.

“If I could move the clouds in the sky, I’d move them to read ‘I Love You’ so when everyone looked up to the heavens they would know how much I care about you”, Bob
