Lucretia M. (Russo) Bisceglia, 65, passed away Saturday, July 23, 2022, peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Michael J. and Lucy A. (Curci) Russo and graduated from St. Peter’s High School. Lucretia worked as a real estate agent for several years in Worcester.

Lucretia was predeceased by her adoring husband of 19 years, David J. Bisceglia in 1996. She leaves three loving and devoted daughters, Cara Bisceglia of Salem, Lea Bisceglia of Worcester and Gianna Bisceglia of Worcester, a sister, Marie Hendrickx of Worcester and a brother, Marino Russo in Australia. She also leaves nieces, nephews, and many cousins.

Lucretia was a very social person who loved music, going to concerts and dancing. She was always searching for new shoes, jewelry, and elephants to add to her already bountiful collections. Being outside in nature, mountain climbing, hiking and wood carving always brought her peace. Most of all, Lucretia loved spending time with her family, especially her three beautiful daughters.

The Funeral will be held Friday, July 29th from Callahan Fay & Caswell Life Celebration Home, 61 Myrtle Street with a Mass at 10AM at Our Lady of Mount Carmel/Our Lady of Loreto Church, 37 Massasoit Road. Burial will follow at Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Visiting Hours are Thursday, July 28th from 4-7PM at the funeral home.
