Kenneth R. Wilder, 85, beloved husband of Lucille M. “Lucy” (LeBlanc) Wilder, passed away peacefully in the comfort of his home, surrounded by his loving family, on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. Born and raised in Lowell, he was the son of the late Catherine (Lynch) Wilder.

Ken proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps. He enjoyed a long career as a medical supply truck driver for McKisson General Medical Co. for whom he worked for 25 years. He went on to work as a driver for McCarthy’s Bus Co. and then to Village Transportation.

Ken loved to travel and cruise with his wife, Lucy and together they visited many destinations, including Hawaii.  In his spare time he could often be found listening to music, especially Elvis Presley songs including Blue Suede Shoes.  Ken enjoyed dancing, especially at the Country and Western Jamboree.  He will be remembered for his great sense of humor as well as his kind and generous nature.

He will be lovingly missed and remembered by his wife of 50 years, Lucy; his daughter, Kim M. Conlin and her husband, Patrick; his three grandsons who he adored, Kyle, Ryan and Tyler of Northbridge; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his five brothers including Richard, Paul, Lawrence, Robert and John Wilder and two sisters, Mary Wilder and Shirley Seaberg.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather with the family from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Wednesday, April 22 in the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street, Holden. A funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow at Worcester County Memorial Park, 217 Richards Avenue, Paxton.
