Subscription Update Obituary

Kenneth L. Buzzell, Jr., 82, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, February 20, 2023 at UMass Memorial Health Care, University Campus. Born and raised in Worcester, he was the son of the late Kenneth L. and Margaret (Ferguson) Buzzell.

Kenneth was educated in the Worcester Public Schools. He went on to enjoy a long career as a self-employed auto mechanic. In his spare time, he enjoyed dancing, working on classic cars and attending car shows.

He will be lovingly missed and remembered by his brother, George Buzzell and his wife, LeDean of Rutland, his two sisters, Virginia Flagg of Worcester and Maureen Whitten of FL; his grandchildren, Brad Buzzell and his wife, Elizabeth, Kayla Baker and her husband, Eric, Andrew Buzzell, Lance Buzzell and his wife, Kelly, Taysha Tickner, Travis Buzzell and his partner, Chelsea and Gabriella Buzzell; and his six great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by two sons, Albert Buzzell and Richard Buzzell; and his sisters, Marsha Buzzell, Janice Wiggins and Patricia Pressy.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather with his family from 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, March 29 in the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street, Holden. A Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 30 in the funeral home. Burial will follow at Worcester County Memorial Park, 217 Richards Avenue, Paxton.
