Kathleen R. LaPlante age 80 passed away Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at Lanessa Long Care.  She leaves three daughters, Dawn Leatham of Northbridge, Tracie Leatham of Worcester, and Kelly Perrera of Worcester, two sons Joseph Leatham and his wife Linda of Marlborough and Robert Leatham and his wife Sherry of Worcester, fourteen grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren., two brothers, James LaPlante of Worcester and Bruce LaPlante of Bolton and a sister Donna Mae LaPlante of Worcester. Kathleen also had three brothers that predeceased her, Ronald, Ralph, Dennis LaPlante all of Millbury, and a sister Linda Brewer of Millbury.  Kathleen companion also predeceased her, Carl Fernberg.

She was born in Wisconsin, daughter of the late Leo and Shirley LaPlante and lived in Worcester most of her life.  Kathleen was a waitress for many years.  She enjoyed Bingo and outdoor activities.  Calling hours in the funeral home will be Thursday, Dec.7,2023, from 9 AM to 11 AM, with burial in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton, MA.
