Subscription Update Obituary

    Judith A. (Mayo) Orne, 75, of 7 Franklin St., died Monday, October 24 at her home after being stricken ill.

She leaves a son, Bobby Orne and his wife Cheryl of No. Brookfield, two daughters; Eva Jones and her husband Paul of New Braintree, Carla Martinez and her significant other Jim of Spencer, a granddaughter, Kimberlie Milner and her husband Andrew of West Brookfield, three great-granddaughters, three step-children; George Orne and his wife Sherry of Leominster, Sharon Orne of Clinton, Mary Wedge and her husband Ray of Spencer, twenty step-grandchildren, her aunt and close confidant Doris Leao and her husband Gordon of Spencer and close friend and cousin Junior Roberts of VT.

She was predeceased by her former husband Albert G. Orne, Sr., who passed away this past Sunday, her infant daughter, Sheila May, two step-children Albert Orne, Jr., Carol Ann Jones and her beloved pet and long time companion Sasha with whom she shared her life.

Born in Worcester, she was the daughter of George D. & Bertha (Tallman) Mayo.

She enjoyed scrap booking, writing, spending time with her grandchildren, watching Magnum P.I. and Cagney & Lacey, listening to music and documenting her life in her journal.

She was meticulously and lovingly cared for by Carla her daughter and Lori her nurse whom she adored.

At the family’s request Funeral arrangements and burial in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton are private and at the convenience of the family.

Donations may be made in Judith’s name to Sweetpea for Animals, 1090 Pleasant St., Paxton, MA 01612.

J. HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer are assisting the family with arrangements.
