    Judith A. (Spink) Kearns, 68, of Worcester, died Sunday, August 23 in UMASS Memorial Hospital.She leaves her husband of 45 years, Paul M. Kearns; two daughters: Ann K. Bartosiewicz and her husband Michael of North Grafton and Susan Kearns Connolly and her husband Fred of Auburn; a brother, David Spink of Spencer; four grandchildren: Elizabeth, Daniel and Patrick Bartosiewicz and Brendan Connolly and nieces and nephews.

    She was born in Worcester, daughter of Clarence and Stella (Bialas) Spink and graduated from David Prouty High School. Judy retired from UMASS Medical School as a lab assistant. She was a member of Our Lady of the Angels Church and was active in planning her high school reunions. Judy enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and especially caring for her grandchildren.The family would like to thank the staff in the SICU at UMASS Memorial Hospital for their professionalism and loving care.

    The funeral will be held Wednesday, August 26, from CALLAHAN & FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle St. with a Mass at 10 AM in Our Lady of the Angels Church, 1222 Main St. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Visiting Hours are Tuesday, August 25, from 5 to 8 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to, the Second Chance Animal Shelter, Inc., 111 Young Rd., P.O.
