Jeffrey P.Ritchotte,16,of 4 September St.died last night in Boston University Hospital,Boston.He had been in a coma since a shooting accident at his home June 1.He was admitted to City Hospital with a gunshot wound.He had been in BostonUniversity Hospital since July 19.He attended St.John’s High School in Shrewsbury.He was a member of the Worcester Youth Hockey Association and the West Side Babe Ruth League.He leaves his parents,Paul E.Ritchotte,a Worcester patrolman and Louise T.(Willette)Ritchotte;a brother,Michael J.Ritchotte;two stepbrothers,Robert and Mark R.Greene;two sisters,Kim Marie and Darlene Ritchotte;two stepsisters,Robin T. and Christine L.Greene,all of Worcester;his paternal grandparents,Eugene and Blanche(Laverty)Ritchotte of Worcester,and his maternal grandmother,Louise M.(DesLauriers)Willette of Auburn.He was born in Worcester.The funeral will be held Monday from Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home,12 Hammond St;with a Mass at 10 a.m.in St.Charles Borromeo Church,341 June St.Burial will be at Worcester County Memrial Park,Paxton.Calling hours at the funeral home are from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday.The Family requests flowers be omitted.Memorial contributions may be made instead to St. John’s High School,Shrewsbury.      From:Worcester Evening Gazette,December 9,1977,Page:28       Howard A. and Marjorie Curll of 10 Lakeside Ave.are the maternal grandparents of  Jeffrey Ritchotte of 4 September St.Who died Dec.8 at Boston University Hospital,Boston,His mother is Carol (Curll)Ritchotte Geas.He also leaves a brother,Michael Ritchotte;three half-brothers,Foti,Thomas and Ty Geas,a sister,Kim Ritchotte,and a half-sister,Darlene Ritchotte,all of Worcester.The Funeral was held Monday.
