Jane Barber passed away on Aug. 10, 2010 at her home surrounded by her family after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Daughter of the late Harrison C. and Georgina Howland. Jane was born in Stoughton, MA, and graduated from High School in 1959.
Jane leaves her husband of 48 years, Theodore Barber; a son, Stuart Barber and his wife Karen, and grandson, Cameron J. Barber of Boylston, MA; 3 brothers: Harrison and wife Dorothea, George and wife Barbara, and Barry. She was preceded by her sisters: Margaret Balchunas and Blanche Patterson. Jane also leaves many nephews and nieces and great nephews and nieces.
Graveside services will be held on Friday at 11 AM in Worcester County Memorial Park, 217 Richards Avenue, Paxton.
In lieu of flowers, a donations may be made to the American Cancer Society , 20 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
