Subscription Update Obituary

    Marguerite "Irene" (Bois) Montero, 81, of Webster, formerly of Thompson, CT, died June 28, 2010 in Lanessa Healthcare, Webster, after an illness.

    She is survived by her daughter, Melinda Meschke and her husband David of Thompson, CT; her two sons: Alan Daoust, of Leicester and Ronald Daoust, of Charlton; 9 grandchildren, including: Amanda and Eric Meschke of Thompson, CT, and several great grandchildren.

    Included among her survivors, she leaves her three sisters: Carol Brooks and Betty Byrd, both of California and Pat Bourgeois of Spencer, and her brother, William Monahan of Oregon, and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Deborah Daoust.

    She was born in Grafton; she is the daughter of the late Lawrence and Florence (Monahan) Bois.

    She worked as a retail sales clerk for the Zayre's Corp for many years prior to retiring.

    She enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with her family, especially her beloved great granddaughter, Bella, and her dog "Gizmo".

    Relatives and friends may gather from 12-1:30 PM on Wednesday, June 30, in the Britton-Wallace Funeral Home, 91 Central St. Auburn. A graveside service will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park at 2PM.
