Subscription Update Obituary

     Helen M. (Sposato) Gemme, 83, of 42 Donnelly Cross Rd., died Thursday, September 10 at UMASS Memorial Hospital Belmont Campus. She was the wife of Joseph P. “Pete” Gemme who died in 2003.

She leaves a sister, Rita Herbert-Symonick of Worcester, sister-in-law, Grace Sposato (wife of Francis Sposato) as well as many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a sister Rose Kay, Brothers Francis Sposato, Angelo Sposato & wife Josephine and a nephew Steven Sposato.

Born in Worcester, she was the daughter of Gaetano & Angelina (Bonofiglio) Sposato. Helen worked at R J Toomey CO Clerical Apparel, and Millbrook Distributors in Leicester.

She was a member of Mary, Queen of the Rosary Parish in Spencer, which was a big part of her life, and loved to Knit & Crochet.

The Funeral will be held Tuesday, September 15 with calling hours preceding the Mass from 8:30-9:30 A.M. at the J. HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer, and a Mass at 10 A.M. in Our Lady of the Rosary Church, 7 Church St., Spencer. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Mary, Queen of the Rosary Memorial Fund, 60 Maple St., Spencer, MA 01562.
