Hector J. Couture, 79, passed away on January 22, 2015 at St. Vincent Hospital; He is survived by his three sons: Hector J. Couture Jr., of Spencer, Gary S. Couture, of East Machias, ME, and David B. Couture, of North Oxford; his loving and devoted companion of many years, Jane Lewis, of North Grafton, and her children Bruce and Holly; his former wife Janet Couture, of Oxford, as well as many cousins and friends; he was predeceased by his brother, Aliase Couture; He was born in Millbury, MA on September 24, 1935, son to the late Aliase and Yvonne (Thibeault) Couture. Hector worked, for fifty years, at the Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton; He was a very social and active person in many ways. During his life, Hector had a variety of interests; He was a magician, a collector of coins and stamps; He enjoyed building model planes, and, most recently, he enjoyed singing karaoke. Private funeral services have been entrusted to the care of the Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School Street, Webster, MA.
