George D. Nideur, 89, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 26,2015 in Quaboag Rehab. & Skilled Care Center in West Brookfield.
He was predeceased by his first wife Marilyn (Sasse) Nideur in 1980 and later his wife Agnes (Hoye) Nideur in 2001. He leaves sons Timothy Nideur & his wife Julianne of East Brookfield and Jeffrey Nideur & his wife Anita of Rutland; a step daughter Cynthia Tyo of Mansfield; a brother William Nideur & his wife Coralie of Auburn; 6 grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
He worked for many years in construction and retired from A. Amorello Co. in 1989. He loved football and was an avid Patriots fan. George was a longtime member of the Italian American War Veterans Post 3 in Worcester. Family wishes to thank the staff at Quaboag Rehab. and Skilled Care Center and VNA Hospice for all their love and care.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 2,2015 at 11:30AM in Worcester County Memorial Park Richards Ave in Paxton. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Cancer Society 20 Speen St. Framingham, MA. 01701.
