Subscription Update Obituary

     Frederick D. Carter, 50, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 7th at his home.

He was born in Sunflower, Mississippi on December 1, 1965 to the late Roosevelt Carter and Eular Mae (Adams) Carter. His family moved to Worcester when he was young and Fred has resided at the Seven Hills Center in Groton for much of his life.

Fred enjoyed listening to Gospel music and looked forward to the family gathering event that Seven Hills held annually. It gave his family much peace and comfort knowing how well he was loved and cared for throughout his life by the staff at Seven Hills.

He leaves behind his loving mother, Eular M. Carter of Worcester; His siblings, Shellia Ross and her husband John of Philadelphia, PA; Marylene Mitchell of LA; Jerry Brown of TX; Larry Abney and his wife Ellen of Worcester; Sandra Morkeh and her husband Charles of Worcester; Brenda Carter of Worcester; Bruce Carter of Atlanta, GA; Gary Taylor-Carter of Worcester; Nathan Carter and his wife Tonga of Worcester; Several nieces and nephews and many great nieces and great nephews; many aunts and uncles; cousins and friends

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday ,October 14,2016 at 11 a.m- 12 p.m in the CALLAHAN FAY & CASWELL Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle St., Worcester. A visiting hour will precede the service from 10 a.m- 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Memorial donations may be made in his memory to the Seven Hills Foundation by visiting www.sevenhills.org
