Florence D. (Gregory) Aldrin, 72, of 3 Westview St., and West Palm Beach,
Fla., formerly of 624 Franklin St. Worcester, a retired stitcher, died Friday in her home after an
illness.
  She leaves her husband of 50 years, John A. Aldrin; a son, Carl A. Aldrin of Arlington, Texas; two daughters, Joanne Charlotte of Holden and Sandra Sherwood of East Douglas; a brother, Clarence “Larry” Gregory of Rochdale; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; nephews and nieces. She was born in Spencer, daughter of Clarence and Marelda (Granger) Gregory. 
  Florence lived in Worcester and then in Florida for more than 10 years before moving to Holden recently. She was a stitcher for many years for the David Clark Company of Worcester, retiring in 1982.
  After cremation, burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park. A memorial service
will be held at a time and date to be announced. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers,
memorial donations may be made to the Visiting Nurse Association, 120 Thomas St. Worcester,
