Subscription Update Obituary

     Ethel A. (Nevers) LeCuyer, 86, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Friday, August 10, 2018.  Born and raised in Worcester, she was the daughter of Frank W. and Mary (Hammond) Nevers.

After raising her children, Ethel took a position as a clerk for Price Chopper in Worcester where she worked for many years.  In her spare time she enjoyed many trips to Twin Rivers Casino and Plainridge Park Casino.  Ethel loved to travel and had a special interest in horses.

She will be lovingly missed and remembered by her loving husband of 51 years, William J. LeCuyer Sr.; three sons, James Draper of NH, Lewis Draper of Fayville, MA and William J. LeCuyer, Jr. of Webster: her four daughters, Sharon Novak of Daytona, FL, Susan Mungeam of Shrewsbury, Karen Draper-Martin of Northbridge and Kathy Barber of Chelmsford; a brother, Alfred Snyder; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Ethel was predeceased by her sons, Michael Draper and Raymond Draper, as well as her daughter, Katherine Draper.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Ethel’s family from 5 to 8 pm on Tuesday, August 14 at the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street, Holden.  A graveside service will be held at 10:30 am on August 15th at Worcester County Memorial Park, 217 Richards Avenue, Paxton.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Autism Speaks, 1060 State Road, Second Floor, Princeton, NJ 08540.
