Subscription Update Obituary

Edward A. Delisle, 85, formerly of 71 Chestnut St., died Monday, November 13 at the Sunbridge Sandalwood Nursing Home in Oxford. He was the husband of Doris S. (Ledoux) Delisle who died in 2002. He leaves several nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by three brothers; Joseph, Gilbert and George Delisle and a sister Florence Paradis. Born in Spencer he was the son of Alfred & Florence (Maybury) Delisle.

Mr. Delisle was a shoeworker for 45 years working at B&W Shoe Co. in Webster and Klevin Shoe Co. in Spencer and No. Brookfield, retiring in 1986. He was a member of Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Spencer and was an Army veteran of WW II.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, November 17 at 11 a.m. in the J. HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. There are no calling hours. Please omit flowers. Contributions may be made to either the Spencer Rescue Squad, P.O.
