Subscription Update Obituary

     Dorothy F. (Mierzejewski) Dulmaine, 78, of 9 Springbrook Road, Auburn died Thursday, March 2nd in Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester after an illness.

Her husband of 53 years, Arthur E. Dulmaine died in 2004. She leaves her two sons, Arthur J. Dulmaine of Auburn and Gary P. and his wife, Dorothy (Slowik) Dulmaine of Grafton; two grandsons, Ryan M. and Christian T. Dulmaine of Grafton; also survived by three sisters, Rita Wackell of Auburn, Joanne Granger of Worcester, Donna Frykholm of Grafton; and a brother, Richard Mierzejewski of Paxton. She was predeceased by a sister, Terry Perron, and four brothers, Joseph, Paul, Frank and Henry Mierzejewski.

Dorothy was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Frank and Josephine (Serwecki) Mierzejewski and had lived in Auburn for the past 54 years. She was a graduate of Commerce High School in Worcester.

Mrs. Dulmaine had worked for many years as a telephone operator for the American Telephone & Telegraph Company retiring in 1990.

She was a member of North American Martyr’s Parish in Auburn; a member of the Auburn Senior Center and the Telephone Pioneers of America. She enjoyed traveling with her husband and was most happy, spending time with her family, especially her grandsons.
