Subscription Update Obituary

     Donna L. (Lucier) Landroche, 65, of Holden, a loving mother, nana, mother-in-law, sister, and aunt passed away surrounded by her adoring family on Thursday, June 11, 2015 in her home. Her husband of 28 years, Joseph Landroche passed away October 8, 2013.

Donna was born in Worcester, Massachusetts and was preceded in death by her father, Raymond E. Lucier, Jr. and her mother Louise L. (Lizotte). She was a 1967 graduate of Commerce High School.

She is survived by her two daughters, Kellie Landroche and her husband Brad of Worcester and Melissa Powers and her husband Stephen of Holden; two brothers, Raymond Lucier, III of Michigan and Mark A. Lucier of South Yarmouth; four sisters, Millie Y Larson of Charlton, Yvonne Y. Swisher of Sterling, Delores H. Guido of Worcester and Shannon M. Lucier of Vermont and two grandchildren, Shawna and Makensie Powers and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, Robert E. Lucier.

Donna worked for over 25 years as a catering associate for Saint Vincent Hospital. She loved spending time and preparing holiday meals for her family. Donna enjoyed traveling to The Big E every year as well as summer trips to Hampton Beach.

Family, friends, and others whose lives Donna touched are invited to MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 14, 2015. Her funeral will be celebrated Monday, June 15, 2015 from the funeral home with a procession to Saint Paul Cathedral, 15 Chatham Street, Worcester where her Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow to Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton where she and her beloved husband will be laid to rest.
