Dominick J. Ruo Jr., 72, of Worcester, passed away on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 in Saint Vincent Hospital after an illness.
Dominick was married for 52 years to Gail N. (Huard) Ruo and is also survived by his three daughters, Tina Nietupski of Palmer, Cindy Ruo of Worcester and Lisa Ruo of Worcester; three sisters, Jo Ann Avery, Linda Pulaski and Jeannie Wernsing all of Florida; two grandchildren, Kristen Barnes and Iesha Sahin and many nephews and nieces.
He was born in Miami, FL son of the late Dominick Ruo Sr. and Rose (Lucchesi). Dominick is a veteran of the United States Army serving during the Vietnam War.
He worked his entire career with Owens Illinois and Rand Whitney retiring as a foreman in 2012. Mr. Ruo enjoyed fishing, hunting and being with his family, but most of all he was dedicated to his work and would rarely miss a day.
Funeral services are being held privately in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond St. Worcester is directing arrangements.
