Subscription Update Obituary

     Dennis M. Dickman, 58, of Gardner, formerly of Holden, passed away at home on Tuesday, October 30, 2012. Born and raised in Holden, Dennis was the son of Everett L. and Shirley E. (Boquist) Dickman and lived 25 years in Gardner.

Dennis graduated from Wachusett Regional High School in 1973 where he played varsity football, and later attended Quinsigamond Community College in Worcester. He worked at Devereux School in Rutland for several years.

He thoroughly enjoyed being around people, camping, fishing, hunting, riding his motorcycle and snowmobiles and being outdoors with nature. His was a faithful member of First Bible Baptist Church in Gardner.

He leaves his loving wife, Judy A. Tanguay-Dickman; his daughter, Sarah Dickman of Gardner; his grandson, Lukas E. Morace; his mother, Shirley E. (Boquist) Dickman of Holden; a sister, Cynthia L. Smith of Holden; his brother, David E. Dickman of Jefferson; and nephews and nieces. Besides his father, Dennis was predeceased by his brother, Philip G. Dickman.

A private funeral service will be held Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street, Holden, MA. Interment will be at Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the First Bible Baptist Church, 7 Church Street, Gardner, MA 01440.
