Subscription Update Obituary

Denise (Stuczko) D’Allessandro, 60, of Worcester, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 8, 2022 at Mass General Hospital in Boston surrounded by her loving family.

Denise was born in Worcester, a daughter of the late John and Helen (O’Rourke) Stuczko.  She graduated from Doherty Memorial High School, Class of 1979 and had been a resident of Worcester all her life.  Denise worked as an administrative assistant for Anywhere Realty Services former known as Coldwell Banker, for over 15 years at the time of her passing.  Denise’s children blessed her with 7 beloved “beno’s” who were her hobby and her greatest enjoyment in life.  She also enjoyed supporting her husband and his band by going to see there shows for the past 40 years.

Denise is survived by her best friend and love of her life, Alan F. D’Allessandro; two children, April D’Allessandro-Andrews and her husband Matthew of Worcester and Alan F. D’Allessandro, Jr. and his longtime girlfriend, Alexia Mae Sanko; two brothers, John Storms and his longtime companion Millie and Edward Stuczko and his wife Gail all of Auburn; her seven grandchildren affectionate known to her as her “beno’s,” Mace Andrews, Rain Andrews, Talia D’Allessandro, Dom Andrews, Alan F. D’Allessandro, III, Legend D’Allessandro and Red Andrews; nieces and nephews.  She is predeceased by a brother, William Stuczko.

Relatives and friends are invited to calling hours on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 from 4-7 pm in the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St., Worcester.  Her funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 14th at 10:00 am in the funeral home.  Burial will follow at Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to: St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN. 38105
