Subscription Update Obituary

     David Williams, 73, died Thursday, Nov. 10th at St. Francis Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Worcester.

He leaves his sister, Laura E. Gosselin, with whom he lived in Millbury; two children, Robert E. Williams and Michele Williams; five grandchildren; two nieces, Shelly Williams of Florida and Curtis Williams of Connecticut; a nephew Ronald Gosselin of Douglas; two great nieces, Madelyn Gosselin and Hannah Gosselin both of Douglas. He was born in Worcester and is predeceased by his parents, Charles M. and Ruth P. (Clarke) Williams, a brother, Thomas Williams and a nephew, Robert Williams.

David was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, where he served as a Photographer’s Mate First Class, when he retired after 23 years.

Funeral Services and burial will be private. There are no calling hours. Mulhane Home for Funerals in Millbury is assisting the family with the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Jewish Home Hospice, 629 Salisbury St. Worcester, MA 01609 or to the Residence Activity Fund at St. Francis Home, 101 Plantation St. Worcester, MA 01604.
