Dale C. Maznick, 72, passed away on July 8, 2022, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Dale was born in May 28, 1950, the son of Gabe and Marion (Levensaller) Maznick and grew up in Hubbardston, MA. He worked at Gardner State and Rutland Heights hospitals as a maintenance mechanic. Always curious about how things worked, Dale learned new skills becoming an HVAC technician, working at Minuteman and Ware public schools. It was during his time at Rutland Heights Hospital where Dale met his wife of 37 years, Linda.

Dale enjoyed spending time with family, canoeing, camping, movies, troubleshooting, and spending time with friends.

Dale is survived by his wife, Linda (Hume) Maznick; son, Simon Maznick and his wife, Stephanie; daughter, Nicole Maznick; and son, Jason Hume, all of Barre. He is also survived by three grandchildren, Ryleigh Maznick, Oliver Maznick and Nathan Sieger; nieces, Shelly Kelly and Ginna Rodriguez; lifelong friend, Bobby Dean; as well as many caring friends and family.

Friends and family are invited to join the family at a graveside service at Worcester County Memorial Park, 217 Richards Ave., Paxton MA, 01612 on July 18, 2022 at 1:00 PM. A Celebration of Life will follow at 2:30 pm at American Legion, Post 2, 450 S. Barre Rd., Barre, MA, 01005. Services are in the care of Miles Funeral Home of Holden.
