Subscription Update Obituary

Corinne E. (Casey) Devine, 86 of Worcester passed away on Friday, November 10 th at home surrounded by her loving family. She leaves her three daughters, Denise Devine, Darlene Devine, and Lisa Spring all of Worcester; her grandchildren, Rachael St. Germain and James St.Germain, Mark Devine, Michael Devine, Olivia Spring all of Worcester, and Jennessa Burks of West Boylston; and 9 very loved great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her brother, Joseph “Skip” Casey.

She was born in Portland, ME the daughter of Joseph and Thelma (Maines) Casey. Corinne was a high school graduate from Mary E. Wells School in Southbridge. She had various careers such as being a sales associate at Zayres for many years and a secretarial position she enjoyed at R.J. Shakour. Most of all her favorite job was being a mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Corinne enjoyed thrift shopping, visiting yard sales, and was a very gifted writer. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Her funeral will be held on Thursday, November 16th from O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue to Our Lady of the Angels Church, 1222 Main Street with a mass beginning at 10:00 am. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, 217 Richards Avenue, Paxton. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, November 15th from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm in the funeral home, O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME is assisting the family with arrangements.
