Claire Ann (Bellucci) Leroux, 83, of Worcester died on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at home surrounded by her loving family.

She leaves her husband of 59 years, Paul L. Leroux. Claire was the beloved mother of four children, Lisa Cobb of Holden, Diane Carlson and her husband Michael of New Jersey, Patricia Creagh of Holden and Laurence Leroux and his wife Rosa of Ludlow; a sister, Joanne M. Noel of Rhode Island, cherished grandmother to nine grandchildren: Rachel, Stefanie, Kimberly and her husband Kyle, Rebecca, Danielle and her husband Jason, Sydney, Matthew, Mitchell and Jared. She was born in Clinton, MA, the daughter of Elio ‘Al’ Bellucci and Susan M. (Agnitti) Bellucci formally of Berlin, MA where she spent her childhood having graduated from Clinton High School.

Her passion in life was her family and being together celebrating life’s moments. There was nothing more important in life to Claire than being with her family and her love will live on in all of those she cared about. She also enjoyed drawing, going on walks with her children and grandchildren, cooking with her grandchildren by her side and watching the Red Sox on TV with her husband, Paul.

Claire worked at Assumption College as an Administrative Assistant in the Rehabilitation Counseling building for over six years. She was a long-time member and lector of Notre Dame Church and was most recently a member of St. Christopher Church, both of Worcester, MA.
The family wishes to extend a special heartfelt thank you to all of her nurses and CNAs who have cared for her in her recent decline.

Relatives and friends are invited to calling hours at 8:45 am on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at St. Christopher Church, 950 West Boylston Street, Worcester. A Funeral Mass will follow at 10:00 am. Burial will be immediately thereafter at Worcester County Memorial Park, 217 Richards Avenue, Paxton. Arrangements are in the care of Rice Funeral Home, 300 Park Ave.
