Subscription Update Obituary

   Charles M. “Charlie” Theodosis, 85, of 37 Airlie St., died Wednesday, December 19, 2007, in UMass Memorial Medical Center – Memorial Campus, after a brief illness. He leaves his wife of 46 years, Jacqueline P. “Jackie” (McIntosh) Theodosis; two sons, Charles K. Theodosis and his fiancée Regina Ortiz of Worcester, Michael D. Theodosis and his wife Ann of Chandler, AZ; two daughters, Jeanne L. McCready and her husband Ralph of Las Vegas, Linda A. Ensley and her husband Jim of Las Vegas; his sister, Bessie Jankowski of Westminster; five grandchildren; six great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. His brother, Spiro Theodosis, predeceased him.

   He was born and raised in Worcester, son of the late Henry and Antonette (Kondos) Theodosis, and graduated from Worcester Boys Trade High School in 1942. He was an Army Veteran of World War II serving in France, Belgium and Germany.

   Charlie retired in 1988 after 25 years as a sheet metal worker with Union Local No. 63. He worked for area contractors in the building trades. He previously worked 15 years for the Pullman Standard Car Manufacturing Company. He was a life member of VFW Post 6907 in West Boylston.

   A CALLING HOUR will be held from 9 to 10 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 22, in KELLY FUNERAL HOME, 154 Lincoln St., followed by a FUNERAL SERVICE at 10 a.m., in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton, MA. The family suggests donations in memory of Charlie be made to the Missions Fund of the First Assembly of God, 30 Tyler Prentice Rd., Worcester, MA 01605.
